Hi Donna; You had made a comment about Teclistamab treatment. I was entered into Clinical Trails at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto 6 months ago for Five Years of Clinical Trials. My blood chains have MM in Kappa only, and not Lambda. Last week my blood tests showed Kappa .6 (normal range is 3.3 - 19.6) and Lambda with no MM remains constant at 1.5 (normal range Canada is 5.7 to 26.3 mg/L) . Ratio could not be calculated as the MM readings were too low. Of course, am highly pleased on the Kappa reading after 6 months. P.S. I do not think Teclistamab is a chemo drug, and I was told it is a T-Cell. Probably thus the reason of no side effects. I do not know the names of people across Canada on the Tec-Dara Clinical Trials. You had mentioned you were tired after a period of time, and while I never had any problems with tiredness, I walk 3.5 kilometers per day without fatigue. Trusting you are feeling fine and have a extra energy for a PhysEd work out. Best Regards, John 10

John thanks for the information on Teclistamab. It a monoclonal antibody that targets BCMA. I'm so glad you have no side effects. I believe it's the Pomalyst that is making me have more fatigue. But like you, I still walk and or ride my elliptical every day. I see my Specialist in May. I would like to just get Darzalex every month. We will see. I am very happy that you are having a great response with this trial. Thank you for participating ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’•
