Nobody told me that I couldn’t drink coffee and I usually have a couple mugs everyday with no I’ll affects.

Greetings from Alaska when I received my SCT they told me I could not have caffeinated coffee. I switched to tea the doctor saw me drinking tea three days after transplant he was not happy had to stop that too. Herbal tea is OK but it’s not the same I go on the coffee aisle at the grocery store and just stand and inhale the coffee. Funny story for you I was standing in the grocery store with coffee bag in my hand sniffing the coffee bag when somethings start to hit my feet and I looked down and all that beans are dropping out of the bag. I hurry up and put it down and ran out of the store. I still go to smell the coffee aisle but I don’t touch. Have a great day

I’ll continue with my two cups a day. I thought for certain I had read something on this site a few yrs ago about cons…oh well, I was on so many prescription pain meds at that time that I may have misread😳 My mind was not right..

Do you feel that your weight loss is from SMM? I have not loss any weight and I have tried; in fact I am having my microbiome analyzed to try to determine what is going on inside my body.
