Darzalex FasPro, Revlimid, Velcade, Dex.
Extreme fatigue from the Velcade on the days without Dex. Induction was Monday - Darz shot, Velcade shot, Dex 20mg as pre-med to the shots.
Thursday - Velcade only - totally wiped me out through Sunday.
All Days - Revlimid 25mg pills for 14 days and 7 days off.
4 - 3 week cycles.
Once I finished induction, the maintenance levels and frequency were reduced (no SCT).
After 2 months of maintenance I dropped Velcade and Dex due to neuropathy
2 months later, tested MRD Neg.
Currently on MM Meds holiday - we'll wait and see.

Hi John, I have been on Darzalex since 2017. I have done well with it. Minimal side effects. I do have low immunoglobulins. But that could be from my myeloma. I was on Revlimid at the beginning of treatment, it made me tired and I had diarrhea. I took immodium and that took care of that. I now get the Darzalex faspro subcutaneous once a month. It has been a Godsend for me. I take it with Pomalyst 2mg. Love Donna πŸ’•

I'm not sure what Daradumumab is. I started out on the standard treatment protocol of Revlimid, dexamethasone, and I forget the name of the third one. It just about killed me, but apparently it works well for most people. I'm now on Darzalex and dexamethasone, but my oncologist thinks he might have to make a change soon. Apparently I can't tolerate any of the thalidomide-related options or any of the ones that might have a possible side effect of cardiac complications because I have a bad heart. I hope you'll find a combination that works well for you. 😊
