It is sleep apena, when you shot that is when.you stop breathing. Mytest showed I stopped breathing 17 times in a.hour.
Once My husband taped.my snoring and asked me that next day to identify the sound, when I couldn't identify the some he told.me.it was.my.snoring. I was hurt. Now I sleep with it every night and I always us distilled water in the chamb. This is serious you could die in your sleep. Pleas, please, please🙏 not it right.now.I'm sure you have.a sleep study doctor in your you town. Good and.God bless.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The sleep study is easy to do. They have a take home study. Check with your Primary Care Dr and he can refer you.
