Angie,
I take 1400 mg of MRM Bone Maximizer III. It has calcium, magnesium, MCHA, and other vitamins. I also take collagen, D3 & K2. The D3 helps you absorb it, the K2 tells it to go to the bones, not calcify the arteries, and the collagen gives it a place to go in the bone. My calcium level is normal.

Thank you for your replies.
I know my level is 10.5 which is high and reading that females age 70 shouldn’t go over 1,200 mg per day and currently I’m taking 400 mg in a multivitamin and 400 mg in gnc calculate plus so I think I’m good just don’t want to overdo it and risk a possible heart attack.

I have been taking this calcium and vitamin D pill 💊 for years back and so far its help to maintain my body (bones)

Both of my Arthritis and Haematology doctors agreed to give me this medication and no issues.
Taking it 2 tablets every day in the morning 🌅

Thank you 🤩
