My hematology doctor told me that, you will never be able get back as normal person with MM but your condition will be stable.
Cancerous cells in MM can weaken causing pain injuries and fractures.
Part of the shoulders is one of the common places for pain to occur in MM.
Myself having a R/A arthritis and MM it caused more pain (double) than normal pain.Taking a painkiller 💊 med seems no effect but just bare with it.
Those who read this article any tips to
Help this problem please 🙏 post it
Thank you ☺️ 🤲😥

Joseph,
If you have had a recent scan and you don't have lesions, you are then like most of us with back and other pain since the MM is taking calcium out of your bones. I fight back by taking Calcium & Magnesium, D3 & K2 supplements. MRM Bone Maximizer is the Calcium supplement I use. It works better for me than others. Curcumin helps with the pain and helps fight MM.

I don’t know if it is caused by mm meds but could have been caused by an injury or possible by overuse

Joseph,
Did they say it was not MM related? I have not heard that ligaments are affected, but then we have terrible cramps, so not sure. Ask your doctor. You may be able to dend a message on MyChart if you have it.
