Hypogammaglobulinemia?
I never seen it in my labs note with this-
No monoclonal peaks detected. Gamma-globulins to low
SPE interpretation-Previously identified paraprotein detected in gamma region. Was 0.1 gm/dL, now 0.1 gm/dL. Hypogammaglobulinemia.

Yes - IgG at 520 is still a healthy level. Normal Low is around 600 but 500 and above will do you well. It's also very important to know about your Natural Killer Cells. The higher than 10% the more resilient you are at fighting infections. The lower, then less capable. It's an easy blood test that your Onc or GP can order. If you get it tested, please Post your Results.
Andrea, this can sometimes be a complete nutrients breakdown, once the disease is in remission. Not in all situations... are you able to request a complete Micronutrients test (Nutrional Analysis)! You might need to build your immunoglobulins, with an IVIG, drip and nutrients and foods that will enhance your immune system. Especially, fruits/vegetables! You will require large amounts so ask your doctor about taking them in supplemental form... and probiotics with no less than 14 different strains (very important 60 billion CFUs or higher, to help restore the healthy bacteria in the gut microbiome) because of the high doses of treatment and different medications Try to stay well hydrated, and eat foods that are high in garlic, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc-rich foods, selenium-rich foods, and vitamin c-rich foods (or you can take themin supplements). I wrote this in my notes a while back, when looking into high/low immunoglobulins. Once, treatment has the disease at low levels or in remission... you want to rebuild/repair the immune system. This may help remission and may prevent inflammation. I truly wish you well ☺️
Hypogammaglobulinemia refers to low levels of gamma globulins, which include antibodies. In your case, the lab notes indicate no monoclonal peaks detected, meaning no abnormal M protein was found. However, the gamma globulin levels remain low (0.1 g/dL), consistent with hypogammaglobulinemia. This can occur in multiple Show Full Answer
Sure I will ask my ONC to order it and will post the results. Another question since it’s time for me to take the vaccine .below is the list of all , I refused th take the Covid, I don’t know why HapA and HapB is on the list ???
