Chris,
You are catching on. You have to be your best advocate. Don’t believe everything you read. Find facts and proof.

Just a bar of unscented olive oil soap.Place it on your skin near the cramp if possible but we found if you tuck it in a sock you can leave it and don't have to hold it.When my cramps were bad I tucked it in the waist if my shorts and slept with it there all night. All extremely simple and not expensive, and if it fails to help you with relief from cramp you can always bathe with it.Good luck.

I might add we have told lots of friends to try it and they have been most surprised with the effect.
Once we had someone visiting and the got cramp in the thigh,we gave them the soap and their cramp went in seconds and they were mesmerised

I suffered for 4 years with neuropathy in my hands, and the lead doctor of my team always said it was caused by Velcade and it should wear off.
It didn't, but one day he had a colleague stand in for him and she said quite nonchalantly take Gabapentin,I will give you a prescription it can be also be caused by Daratumumab.
I had neuropathy before starting treatment with Daratumumab but the Gabapentin worked within 24 hours of taking it and I have been on it for over a year, have had no side effects that I am aware of.Only if I let my hands get really cold does the tingling return.
By the way if cramp becomes a problem again buy a bar of unscented olive oil soap and place it against your skin, the cramp just seems to ease immediately.(I am not a crank)
I couldn't believe it when a lady selling soap in a local market told me,and my wife and I have used it for over 12 years.
