I had the COVID and flu vaccine. Not at the same time. I am planning on getting the RSV in a couple of weeks. I felt a little extra tiredness, but no real reactions. I felt it necessary since I am going a a Caribbean cruise December 1st. I have gotten a flu vaccine since the 70s. Never had the flu. Lucky in some respects and not other ones. MM has been challenging.

After stem cell transplant, I’m still not operating with all 8 cylinders. I may be at 4-5 cylinders and vitamins are very important.

Magnesium
Folic acid
Omega 3
Vitamin D
Green tea
L-carnitine
Vitamin E
Berberine
Calcium
CoQ10 Softgels
Vitamin K2
ubiquinol supplement
Potassium

Good foods are important also:

Fruits and vegetables: Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, including leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, apples, bananas, oranges, pears, grapes, and prunes.

Whole grains: Choose whole grains like brown rice, wholemeal pasta, grainy bread, and oats.

Protein-rich foods: Eat lean meats like skinless chicken or turkey, 95% lean ground beef or pork tenderloin, eggs, fish high in omega-3 fatty acids like salmon, tuna, and trout, and legumes like kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, black-eyed peas, and lima beans.

Oils and foods high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats: Use canola, corn, olive, safflower, sesame, sunflower, and soybean oils.

Nuts and seeds: Eat nuts like walnuts, almonds, and pine nuts, and seeds like sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, or flax.

Dairy: Choose fat-free or low-fat dairy foods like milk, cheese, or yogurt.

Dark chocolate: Eat dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% in moderation, less than six servings a week.

I would not get Covid shots if you are a heart patient and not feeling up to par for sure ask your doctor first.

Myself not being a heart patient I seriously doubt I’ll get anymore Covid shots.
