Thank you Doris for your advice. In my case during the day it’s not bad. I am usually sipping water. I try to drink between 85 to 100 ounces of water per day. At night I wake up with a dry mouth which is bothersome. Which relieve by drinking water and/or using the Biotene gel. However several hours I wake up with the same issue.

You can suck on sugar free candy. There is also a product called Biotene, I ordered a set from Amazon, it wasn’t a bad price. There is a mouth rinse, spray you can carry in your bag, and a gel for nighttime use.
