Talvey (Talquetamab) can cause a range of side effects. Common side effects include:

- Cytokine release syndrome (a potentially fatal inflammatory reaction that causes severe neurological symptoms such as hallucinations and tremors)
- Skin problems
- Rash
- Fatigue
- Weight loss
- Dry mouth
- Trouble swallowing
