What does your oncologist say? I didn't see anwhere as to why you might need to do anything? How's your pain? Is the cyst affecting QOL? I have found the best course for these things is to start small. An option might be to see someone in Pain Management. A Spine Specialist?

Also a cyst if let go can cause nerve damage. It has to be drained or removed.
