I’ve reported rude nurses and other staff people to my oncologist. I also ask to speak with their supervisors. This always helps. You don’t and should’ve to put up with rudeness you’re the sick
Patient. They owe you courteous behavior at the very least !

Wow. You are dealing with enough having cancer ! Rude nurses need to change professions ! Unfortunately there is a shortage Usually when nurses are rude. Someone higher up is an assh@@@& also. I would find another care facility

Yes there is always a Triage nurse A medical Director or a Patient advocate to report this kind of conduct to. That is uncalled for and absolutely does not should not be happening. I was a CNA for many years and It saddened my heart to see a rude nurse or doctor anyone that can't be kind is just not worth the time.. imo
