BetsyS, I am petrified of any pill, especially a large pill, as I got a pill stuck in my throat twice, and it's a terrifying experience. Most, not all, pills can be crushed or capsule opened. I put yogurt on top of some of my pills to melt them. The smaller ones I take with a piece of chewed banana, as bananas are slippery and will allow easy swallowing. Your pharmacist can tell you what can be crushed or melted, as it is not safe to crush the extended release....Ava

I have neuropathy unrelated to MM, and I use frankincense oil mixed in a carrier oil like coconut and loose socks. I use to have terrible leg cramps until I started taking Magnesium. There are several types. Research which is best for your specific needs. Magnesium Citrate has laxative effects. Magnesium Glycinate is good for sleep. My husband take Magnesium Oxide for heart/rhythm.

I took it for a while then realized my diarrhea was worse. So I use a magnesium cream and rub it on my legs or sore muscles

Magnesium glycinate is the most easiest to digest. Pharmacist said 200 for dosage.

I eat a banana everyday for night cramps. If I miss 3?days I start with the cramps. Sometimes I can stop them by forcefully flexing my foot;cramp won't let me flex without me using my hand to push my foot toward my knee
