You have to be careful with taking Vitamin k2 with blood thinners. The vitamine causes blood clotting. Ask your doctor before taking this.

I can't take them because they mess with my GI tract. I eat Greek yogurt and Almond milk with calcium, plus walking 😀

The link Tom gave is critical if someone is thinking of using xgeva..I was taking it and then went to the dentist. The x-ray cards they used cut my lower jaw in near a wisdom tooth and exposed the bone slightly. I immediately got off xgeva but the exposed bone stayed exposed and the bums would not heal over it for months. A few months later I had the wisdom tooth extracted and the gums were sewn over the exposed bone as well as the extraction point. A few months later it was deemed healed enough that xgeva could be restarted. Please be ware of dental issues!
