I have to wear a depends because I pee so often and I donβt always have enough time to make it and itβs a royal pain in the ass. I must walk 10 miles a day going to the bathroom. There are days when I think maybe I should just get a catheter instead. I have never asked about if they can do anything about it but I will definitely do that.
Christina, When it was found I had MM my kidneys had failed. I was put on dialysis while in the hospital for a couple of weeks, then moved to a live-in rehab center for another couple of weeks. When I went home I stayed on dialysis 3 times per week for several months. My kidneys gradually improved to stage 4 and I managed to get off of dialysis. I am still GFR 26 very close to needing dialysis permanently. I sympathize with the pain. On top of kidney pain I have multiple fractured vertebrae that cause pain every day. Can you get a kidney transplant? Keep fighting as best you can. You are in my prayers.
