I think after 6 months I finally have the process down!
My Rx comes from my oncologists in-house pharmacy and then to Accredo.
This month, I called the in-house pharmacy after I had taken 14 pills (of the 21).
They will call my oncologist for a script and send to Accredo ( this process takes 3-4 days) . Once Accredo gets the script , they take 4-5 days for their process .
This gets my pills ready to mail
around day 23-24, partway thru my 7 days off. If I don’t hear from Accredo for a delivery day. I call them and they expedite mail deliver so I get them just before I start again.

Always. I have learned it is more so on my oncologist end. I send the oncologist nurse a message about a week prior to running out. Then at day 5 I start call accredo. Seems to help .

I do exactly the same and I have to call Accredo every day for 3-5 days and it's always stuck in the 'verification' phase. They don't even call me anymore for the pharmacist survey, I have to call and push and push and sometimes elevate it to a manager to get any results. It's a serious pita.
