DKRD Consolation Therapy post transplant- anyone done this and what protocol ?

still MRD positive .2 Mspike and <5% plasma cells after ASCT. My doctors are recommending Dara/Carfilzimid/Revlimid/Dex for 4 mos. Then maintenance of Dara/Rev 1x per month afternoon . I am trying to be positive!

Alicia, it looks like they are doing their best to get you to MRD negative status. I'm hoping you get a great response with minimal side effects. Kyprolis and Revlimid were not effective on my myeloma. I've been on Pomalyst and Darzalex for a long time.

I was MRD+ post transplant too.😔 My maintenance was Revlimid 21/7 day oral dose. Velcade injection (with Dexamethasone) every other week.

I was put in maintenance with carfilzimid. It was ok at first then my heart started acting crazy. If you can tolerate it. I have heard really good things about that treatment plan
