DKRD Consolation Therapy Post Transplant- Anyone Done This And What Protocol ?
still MRD positive .2 Mspike and <5% plasma cells after ASCT. My doctors are recommending Dara/Carfilzimid/Revlimid/Dex for 4 mos. Then maintenance of Dara/Rev 1x per month afternoon . I am trying to be positive!
I was MRD+ post transplant too.😔 My maintenance was Revlimid 21/7 day oral dose. Velcade injection (with Dexamethasone) every other week.
I was put in maintenance with carfilzimid. It was ok at first then my heart started acting crazy. If you can tolerate it. I have heard really good things about that treatment plan
If You Had A Stem Cell Transplant, Did You Do Consolidation Therapy After And Then Maintenance Or Go Straight To Maintenance?
Has Anyone That Was Diagnosed Stage 3 Then Years Sgo Still Living
Has Anyone Stopped Maintenance Treatment If You Are MRD Negative And At What Interval Have Clonoseq Tests Been Taken To Determine Treatment
