Has Anyone Had An Allergic Reaction With Immunoglobulins? What Laboratory Are You Using?

A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

My mother has light chain multiple myeloma, and she is on dialysis 3 days a week. We used to give immunoglobulins once at a time, but the last few times it has caused an allergic reaction, a kind of bruises on his legs a few days after giving them. Then they disappear over time, has anyone had this happen? Thank you so much.

I've just seem the reactions at the clinic with the IVIG. They premedicate with steroids, benadryl and run it slow.
