Baltazar, exercise like walking a little more each day does help fatigue. I was even more fatigued during the initial treatment for this disease. I was also short of breath. It usually gets better once they get her myeloma under good control.

Learn to live a new normal. I still get fatigued after any kind of exercise or housework, cooking or gardening. Nap for 20 minutes helps. And yes, it is myeloma as well as the drugs. Listen to your body.

We are on the same situation as my wife suffer from fatigue like simple walking….or any movements and I had her heart and lungs examined by a pulmonologist and cardiologist but they found nothing. It is attributed to chemo effect and had to follow advised on how to managed myeloma fatigue.
