Kim,
I know my IgA Kappa is more likely to progress to Mm. I started out with MGUS, and now I am Smoldering (SMM). I also have translocations, additions and deletions which make me higher risk of progressing. If you don’t have any of these…great! If you do, it depends on which ones you have.
