Especially in the first year or two of my treatment I was plagued with constipation.
My primary care doctor prescribed Linzess, which was sometimes helpful. Eating prunes also has been sometimes helpful. My gastro-enterologist recommended flaxseed meal, a heaping tablespoon in a half glass of water. This was the most helpful aid.

Thanks will keep them in mind.. bought her some lactulose I think it's called but she decided to stop take the lenalidomide at the time as she was frightening she stop for about 4 days she has now returned taking them the lenalidomide we have also changed up her diet in hopes the contipation won't returned we are monitoring her now Thanks for the upliftment we need that GOD bless best wishes. How is you day ?
