I thought all my labs were good, but my Oncologist said my Creatinine was too high. I looked at my test and I was in the normal range. It turns out that they don’t change the range based on your sex. I was above normal for a woman. It might not be a bad idea to get checked more often now.

Hi Paula - I don’t take the blackstrap because of possible carcinogens due to the triple cook process. I’m sure I posted about some time ago.

I take a heaping tablespoon of Trader Joe’s nutritional yeast with a little OJ (organic) once or twice daily. When my lesion was active I took it 2 to 3 times daily
