How Long After Going Into Remission Did Your Doctor Change Your Treatment Plan To Revlimid Only?

A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭
Wildomar, CA

I was diagnosed with MM in August 2023 (8 months ago). I went into remission 4 months after beginning treated. My doctor changed my injections of Darzalex from every week to every month, Velcade from every week to every two weeks and Xgeva stayed the same at once per month. I thought I would eventually just go on Revlimd for maintenance. I know everyone is different. I'm looking to see if most are on Revlimid only or if being on just Revlimid is a thing of the past.

It is a clinical trial sponsored by Jansen Research & Development, LLC. I have 3 injections consisting of Talquetamab, Daratumumab & Dexamethasone. I have injections every 2 weeks and I’m July will only have injections monthly.

Revlimid only lasts so long. I went out of remission after 4 years. I am currently in t-cell transplant. No longer on Revlimid at all.

Colleen, thank you for your reply. This is great news hearing that you are on a clinical trial that is working for you much better than the Revlimid.☺️
