What Are My Options When SMM High Risk Relapses After Having Been VGPR (Very Good Partial Remission) For Several Months
SMM High risk, was on Revlimid for almost 3 years then off of it, then VGPR for 3+ months now blood tests show Myeloma is active again. Am 76 years old, have had major heart attack, stroke and pulmonary embolism twice all within last 8 years. Does this make me ineligible for transplant?
Thomas, you will have several treatment options. Just make sure you are seeing a good myeloma Specialist š
Probably, but your doctor is the best person to ask. I have a heart condition and collapsed areas of my left lung. I have SMM t(14;16). I read everything about MM and watch lectures. The doctors are now saying treatments are working as good or better than SCT.
Hello My Beautiful MM Family, I Had A SCT, In October, Iām Feeling Great, What Are The Chances Of Relapsing After A Sct? Thank You
Hey Everybody!š Is Anyone Here In Remission From MM And If So Do You Still Have To Take Chemo While In Remission?
Is It Correct That Myeloma Will Relapse Regardless Of Treatment Options (including Stem Cell Transplant)?
