I have been in total remission for over 2 yrs. Do not take any meds at all. Never have had hot flashes since MM began till now ! BTW. God is my physician !! ❤️

Thank you for your response. I think I’ve narrowed it down to the pain meds. Usually 20 minutes after I take and then just lasts a few minutes. Odd but then I feel fine. It’s unfortunate that we have to take any meds. They definitely affect a person physically and mentally. But we’re still here and kicking! Hmm wonder if I can kick anymore. Lol I’m pretty sure I can. I get hot and cold flashes after my treatment for a few days.

I can't remember the last time I kicked something......😉, not a can or a ball or a rock, or someone's butt. Now, I'd probably end up on my own.....butt.
