I was changed to Kyprolis (Carfilzomib), Pomalyst, and Dexamethasone from Velcade, Darzelex,. and Dexamethasone a few months ago. I really have not noticed any change in side effects. Hopefully you will experience fewer problems with the new treatment. Fatigue, sleep, pain, dry eyes and mouth seemed to follow me as well as bowel issues from the dexamethasone. I take dexamethasone only on treatment days 20mgs and that messes me up for two days. Wishing the best for you!

Hello, I have lambda light chain MM and began on Kyprolis (Carfilzomab), pomalyst and dexamethasone about six months ago. Previously I was on velcade, darzalex, and dexamethasone but my light chain numbers began to increase. I have not noticed any side effects from the change. I hope you do not either!
