B-12
Does anyone have any knowledge of supplementing with B-12? It is to help with energy and red blood cells.
Hi Jeff.
I have a problem with fatigue and take B12 and I was low on D3. It's really helped.
Initially, my physician gave me the B-12 shots for my anemia. Then, he took me off the shots and had me purchase & use B-12 sublingual (over the counter) daily vitamin. The vitamin pill melts under the toungue first thing in the morning. I’ve been taking it for the past two years to help with energy.
I am new to this *C* word. I just had a bone marrow biopsy and am awaiting results to see where we go from here. I appreciate the information and have made notes on what different people are taking. I just want the results back NOW from the biopsy to see what must be done from here.
Hi, Jeff. Hope you’re doing well 😊
My migraine doctor at Duke University Medical told me to start taking B-12 when I went in last week for an appointment.
She said B-12 is known to treat a myriad of neurological conditions - including migraine headaches.

In the MM world I hear that people take B-12 for peripheral neuropathy. If you google it, they recommend B complex vitamins and Alpha-Lipoic acid. I have been taking a B complex for 6 months and my neuropathy has been getting better. But I have no proof that the B complex is helping.
