Maintenance Medication Or No Maintenance Medication?
I am hesitant to stay on Revlamid due to the side effects and the possible other cancers that it may come with it. I have completed 5 round of treatment with Velcade, Revlamid and Dex and have been in remission for 2 months. I am 47 years old, healthy and active.
Robert my husband chose maintenance and has done very well. Just passed 5 years post sct. He is glad to be on revlimid even with the side effects.
What does your oncologist recommend?
