Why do you have to go thru 4 different treatment drugs before you can get to either CAR-T or Bi-specific treatments?

I think it's because there are other drugs that can work well without the extreme measures of a CAR-T procedure. I think they even prefer a Stem cell transplant before CAR T, but not sure. Car-T is newer. I agree w/ the other comment from Teese, to ask your doctor. That is something he/she should be explaining while discussing your options. Never be shy about asking your doctor questions. That is what they are there for.

want to share a little update about my journey. Recently I went for a CT scan of my lungs, and today the doctor explained the results to me. They found some changes in my left lung compared to before.
