My Wife Gets Cramp In Her Fingers, They Just Go Solid. Also Cramp In Her Legs. Do Other People With Myeloma Suffer The Same Problem?
We follow the magnesium on the bloodwork. My hubby has also been told tonic water for cramps
My fingers do the same every so often
I've recently started taking 60mg melatonin at night - around 9 to 10 pm.
Besides getting a comfortable night's sleep, I've noticed I wake with significantly less cramping in my calves, lower legs, and feet through to my toes.
I take magnesium citrate at 600 mg (a bit of a laxative - can be a very good thing) and 1300 mg calcium + k. Another team member recommended this and it helps significantly. I’m also getting PT massages on my calves for foot cramps.
I get both in my hand and legs. I'm usually low in magnesium or potassium the next time I go to my treatment. So I just started taking pills to supplement. I also have a magnesium rub that I use for my legs I really helps with the leg pain haven't tried it on my hand because usually it's when I'm out doing something that I get the hand cramp
I Also Cannot Pee Without Catheterising.
