When I was first diagnosed with MM I had terrible neuropathy in my feet. They were very painful and and at night would feel like they were on fire. My oncologist recommended that I try vitamin B-6. I started taking one 100mg tablet once a day and have not been bothered by it since. It is not completely gone but it's barely noticeable. The doctor told me that it works for almost all of her patients.

Certainly! Here are some recommendations for managing neuropathy in your feet from myeloma treatment:

- Physical Therapy and Exercise: Engage in low-impact activities such as swimming, biking, and stretching to help with balance, strength, and safety.
- Relaxation Techniques: Consider complementary therapies like acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga, and guided visualization.
- Orthopedic Shoes: Supportive shoes can reduce pain. Brands like Orthofeet and San Antonio Shoes are recommended by some members.
- Over-the-Counter Medications: Tylenol and topical pain patches and creams, such as lidocaine, can help. Avoid NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen due to the risk of kidney damage.
- Vitamins and Supplements: B vitamins, especially B complex, have been helpful for some members. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement.
- Medical Marijuana and CBD: Some members find relief with CBD oil or cream, where legally available.
- Massage and Acupuncture: These have been beneficial for some individuals in reducing neuropathy symptoms.

Always consult with your doctor before starting any new treatments or supplements.
