Hey everyone. I will be starting Neupogen soon. Does anyone have recommendations for addressing the bone pain that comes with it in addition to taking Claritin? Thank you

When I was taking growth factor shots twice daily to prepare for stem cell collection the bone pain was excruciating. I was given Celebrex and one pill made all the difference in the world.

KurtKosma, I had severe pain from Nuprigen. I even ended up in the hospital from it for pain management - Dilauded. Talk with your doctor! There maybe another medication that doesn’t cause severe bone pain. Otherwise, I would try hydrocodeine, and see if that helps.
Have a peaceful, blessed night! Love, Marcia 🌼🌸🌻

Oxycodone helps with my back pain which can really get severe at times. It doesn’t eliminate it but helps take the edge off. My wife also rubs aspercream type ointments which also gives some temporary relief. Hang in there!

I also had Oxycodone. They wouldn't let my take Tylenol or Motrin 💕
