I am on Polamyst and Dexamethazone, 2 of the drugs I think you are referring to. The first drug is in capsules form and really makes me tired. The second one is a weekly steroid that keeps me from sleeping.
Sounds a bit counterproductive but the combo has brought my M-1 protein spike down to 0.5, from about 20.

I'm no expert, but Darzalex targets CD38 which is found on Myeloma cells. Elotuzumab has a different target. SLAM7 not sure what that is yet😏. Just hope and pray it keeps working for us bothπŸ™πŸ‘πŸ’—

Hi Donna, I take Darzalex, but what is Cd38 ? I see that in my doctors notes?

Elotuzumab targets SLAM7, Darzalex targets CD38. Different targets on the myeloma cell

Now I know why I can’t sleep..I take Dexamethazone every Saturday and rarely am I able to get good rest, and sleep.
