Does anyone know if CBD helps with any of the issues associated with MM? Fatigue, etc?

In my case, it helped me relax and so pain was not as intense. But I noticed I had more nausea while using it. So I stopped using it to get rid of the nausea.

I use it and I think it does work some. It helps me sleep I also use medical marijuana to sleep. I only use it at night and it helps me to sleep. If you no anyone who might be using medical marijuana you could try it. it also helps my stomach and helps me eat. Ours is legal here but not knowing where you live can't be sure of your state it is legal
I have really bad bone pain on my legs and back are the worst. Hopefully this has helped you
