I There A New Covid Variant Going Around?
My niece and her children became seriously sick with high fevers, body aches and a cough. It’s been a week and they are barely better. The two year old still does not want to get out of bed. I think I may be masking again.

I bought a foot massager it helps with circulation
I wear compression hoses for long drives over 40 minutes
I wear rubber shoes..or soles that are rubber (Hoka Shoes are expensive but so worth the cost as added cush I wear Power Step Soles.
