I bought a foot massager it helps with circulation
I wear compression hoses for long drives over 40 minutes
I wear rubber shoes..or soles that are rubber (Hoka Shoes are expensive but so worth the cost as added cush I wear Power Step Soles.
I started taking Lipoic Acid 600mg suggested from Amazon for neuropathy it allows me to sleep w/o that dreadful "stabbing" pain so I'm left with only numbness and I can sleep.
