Wow. Thanks for this question and answer. I wear dentures and recently been having like a horrible toothache feeling in three parts of my mouth and almost thought I was losing my mind with this phantom pain. Now I know where it's coming from. What a relief.
Yes I also wear an upper denture, well fitted because I have a very good dentist. Still lots of difficulties in my mouth. Sore, sensitive, food intolerances don’t help. Constantly cleaning and I use a tongue tooth brush as well as a tongue scraper. I also use a puffer for copd. (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). This can cause thrush. Thrush can also occur with food intolerances. It’s a constant Nightmare. But like other side affects you get on with it.
