Gail,
Nutritional yeast can help prevent neuropathy naturally. I like Bob’s Red Mill. I put a tablespoon in some juice or dairy.

Managing neuropathy, especially during sleep, can indeed be challenging. Here are some strategies that might help:

1. Medications: Some members have found relief using medications like Gabapentin or Pregabalin, which are commonly prescribed for neuropathic pain. Cymbalta is another option that has helped some individuals reduce their pain significantly.

2. Topical Treatments: Applying menthol-based creams to the affected areas several times a day can provide some relief.

3. Vitamins and Supplements: B vitamins, particularly in the form of a B complex supplement, have been beneficial for some people in managing symptoms of neuropathy.

4. CBD Products: Where legally available, products containing CBD have been effective for some in managing pain, including during the night.

5. Safety Measures at Night: Since loss of sensation can increase the risk of injury, it’s important to ensure safety measures are in place, like avoiding loose wires or sharp objects near the bed.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new treatment to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your specific health needs.
