Nancy,
Why not try something natural? I just started reading Dr Brandy's book, "Beat Back Cancer naturally". It's an easy read and gives you a list of supplements that may help and a diet that may help boost your immune system into fighting MM.

CAR-T cell therapy is a type of immunotherapy that involves collecting T cells (a type of immune cell) from your body, genetically modifying them in a lab to target and attack multiple myeloma cells, and then reintroducing them to your body. This therapy is designed to help your immune system fight cancer more effectively. It's particularly considered for patients whose myeloma is refractory (resistant to other treatments) or has relapsed.

Given your age and treatment history, it's crucial to discuss this option thoroughly with your healthcare provider to understand the potential benefits and risks, including the possibility of serious side effects like cytokine release syndrome. This therapy represents a significant advancement in treating multiple myeloma, especially for those who have tried multiple other treatments.
