Hi, my myeloma is a booger to knock down. I've been on Darzalex and Pomalyst since Oct of 2017. Since before my transplant. I'm still MRD positive, but doing well if you don't count the fatigue and low immunoglobulins. I haven't had a TIA. I do watch my diet and blood pressure. I take a baby aspirin daily 💜
