I try to eat some leafy green veggies each day. I also take b complex, and b 12 supplements. It does seem to help my counts.

Good question. One have been low as long I as I have been tested-2011. After doing a Google search, Vitamin B3. I’m taking Nutritional yeast which has some Niacin-B3.
