I have them push in straight in, not at an angle. One nurse got too close to my hip. That hurt. Tell them it has to be pushed over 5 minutes. Have them sit down and take their time. I have them pushed it into my lower belly fat. No where near my hip or belly button.

Donna. I agree. They both have similar side effects I believe. I wish I could take a “vacation” from at least one of them. I have been on both for 1.5 years. I have had no m spike for 3 months and perfect kappa/lambda ratios but doc still wants me on this. Have you ever had a bad reaction from dara. ? For the first time I got black and blue at site , fatigued for 2 days and off - can it be that the nurse injected too fast and didn’t do it over a 5 min span ? Would love your input. 💜

I've been on both of them since 2017. So it's hard to tell what's causing what. 🤔

Thanks Donna. I wonder if it’s the pomalyst or dara that is suddenly causing the neuropathy. It happened after my last dara shot. I also for the first time after my shot felt very fatigued for 2 days and then This neuropathy. I will have a discussion with my doctor. I am on 1 mg pomalyst
