Gary’s I used to spend 5 days in bed after my monthly chemo and if I overdo it I feel fatigued for a few days after so rest when your body tells you because even an hour nap can make you feel better but fatigue is a permanent effect of Myeloma and I was diagnosed in 2002 and I still take a couple short naps a day. Some people lose their appetite because of the pain and some medicines can cause you to lose your appetite and then you will definitely lose weight.

You have to order 500 Kalorie shakes. They are meal replacements and come with mineral and vitamins. Is really good to come back from days where you can not make yourself move. When you are not getting enough energy your body is in winter sleep 😴 wishing you and your wife a quick recovery

Gary, it does sound like you had Covid. My husband and I both got it after returning from the west coast.
