C3 Curcumin
Several have reported positive results from using curcumin; we'd like recommendations for deciding how/where to purchase and what dosage.
To all: The Costco Turmeric/ C3 Curcumin includes 10 mg Bioperine (black pepper).
Hi Joan - I recently revised my Story page to have references to the C3 Curcumin (2 different products). There’s also a product that Patricia7 has talked about recently. My Story page also has a link to the new NIH Study about their 6 year trial with C3 Curcumin - it had very favorable results.
All the Best
Other details at my Story as well.
The C3 Curcumin I use does have Bioperine which is a pepper for high absorption. Below is a link. I checked out their C3 Curcumin source. Very large and reputable international corp.

My oncology naturopath suggested this for me several years ago. He informed it it does not interfere with my treatment at all
My friend is a nutritionist and he agrees you must get the one with added black pepper
