I’m currently starting my 4th year of maintenance therapy. I’m on the 3 week maintenance therapy schedule. 3 shots of Velcade of once a week and 21 days of the chemo pill revlamid, oh can’t forget the 20 mg of steroids I take on days I get the Velcade shot. I take 40mg of steroids and have an extra boost of energy for two days then the third day I get back to normal. Exercise isn’t an issue for me. I also take the Revlimid 21day then off 7. Take the Velcade shot in stomach 3 times a month with the steroids, it has been working good for my MM, blood levels are getting better. Stay strong and stay safe.

Yes if you take supplements to help build up your body like quercetin vitamin c and a strong b complex with b-12 drops is great drinking pomegranate juice and eating healthy diet fruits and vegetables

Ditto- except my husband does Darzalex & Pomalyst. Revlamid didn’t work very well after a few months. He continues to do short walks & bike short distance . They say exercise helps fight fatigue- we question that!
One day at a time!
